If you need to hold 7/8" or 1" I.D. cutters for milling or gear cutting, these arbors are designed to hold them on your Sherline mill. They are steel arbors turned with a #1 Morse taper and provided with a drawbolt and washer for use in the Sherline headstock spindle.
Each is available in a choice of standoff lengths of 3/4" (short) or 1-3/4"(long). They are most often used to hold round, multi-toothed involute gear cutters. These cutters can be purchased from most metalworking tool supply sources.
